I am an experienced counsellor having worked in private practice for many years. This has included being an associate counsellor for a life coaching company and a number of contracts working with local charities and educational provisions.

Alongside my 1-2-1 work I co-founded a woodland-based organisation working with women and girls in Bradford (Rooted for Girls CIC). I am actively involved in teaching and playing music and engaging with the creative arts.

My offer to those I work with is to use the skills and training I have gathered to support and resource individuals into growth, engagement with life and a deeper authenticity in their relationship with self and others. This is something I am also personally committed to, engaging with ongoing training, my own personal therapy, and seeking time to reflect and grow through walking, reading, writing and drawing.
